摘要
研究纸浆模塑材料的力学性能,包括纸浆模塑材料拉伸时弹性模量、泊松比等参数的检测,从而为纸浆模塑缓冲包装结构的有限元分析和设计打下基础。由于纸浆模塑材料单向拉伸时横向变形非常小且不宜采用接触式应变测量方法,变形测量比较困难,所以文中将数字相关测量技术应用于横向变形的测量,较好地解决了纸浆模塑材料的横向变形系数测量问题。
The experimental investigation of the mechanical properties of molded pulp material is carried out with digital image correlation method (DICM). This includes the determination of the mean value of Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio, and the experimental results are presented. The experimental results are useful for the FEM (finite element method) analysis of packaging parts of molded pulp. The digital image correlation method which yields direct measurements for surface displacement vector and strain tensor has become more attractive, than traditional deformation measurement methods like strain gauge. It doesn't require attaching physical gauges onto the body, nor employs a laser as light source. The other purpose of this paper is to explore the potential of its application to determine mechanical properties of molded pulp.
