摘要
以甲苯为溶剂,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,通过自由基聚合,采用丙烯腈(AN)接枝改性氯化聚丙烯(CPP),得到一种BOPP膜胶粘剂。研究了反应温度、反应时间、AN和BPO的质量对CPP胶粘剂改性的粘附性能的影响;得出较佳的工艺条件为:反应温度T=100℃,反应时间t=2.0h,反应物料的质量比m(CPP):m(AN):m(BPO)=100:2.0:0.20时,改性的CPP胶粘剂有较高的粘接强度。
Grafting of acrylonitrile (AN) on chlorination polypropylene (CPP) by free radical process was carried out using toluence as solvent, benzoperoxide (BPO) as initiator and to prepare a kind of adhesive for BOPP film. Effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, and amounts of AN and BPO on adhesive property of modified CPP were studied. The optimization process conditions are reaction temperature T=100℃, reaction time t= 2.0h, and mass ratio m(CPP):m(AN):m(BPO)=100:2.0:0.2, the adhesive strength of modified CPP adhesive is higher.
