复方丹参滴丸对闭角型青光眼患者红细胞免疫功能的影响

The effect of compound pill salvia miltiorrhiza on red blood cell immunity function in closure angle glaucoma

目的 探讨复方丹参滴丸对闭角型青光眼患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 对 3 2例用复方丹参滴丸治疗的闭角型青光眼患者进行红细胞免疫功能检测并对照分析。结果 治疗前红细胞C3b受体花环率降低 ,红细胞免疫复合物花环率升高。治疗后红细胞C3b受体花环率升高 ,红细胞免疫复合物花环率降低。结论 复方丹参滴丸能够增强青光眼患者红细胞免疫功能 ,具有对青光眼术后视神经保护性治疗作用。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of compound pill salvia miltiorrhiza on treatment of closure angle glaucoma and immunity function of red blood cell.MethodsRed blood cell (RBC) C 3b receptor rosette and RBC immune complex(IC)rosette of 32 cases with closure angle glaucoma were measured before treatment with compound pill salvia miltiorrhiza and one month after treatment.ResultsThe results showed that the mean rosette rate of RBC C 3b receptor was significantly increased and that of RBC IC receptor was markedly reduced by compound pill salvia miltiorrhiza treatment( P <0 01).ConclusionsCompound pill salvia miltiorrhiza can improve red blood cell immunity function,and it may have neuroprotection for closure angle glaucoma patients.
