摘要
列宁新经济政策时期的法律价值思想 ,对发展市场经济、健全民主政治和建设法治国家提供了多方面的启示。权利是法律的重要价值属性 ,是衡量法律的基本价值尺度 ;市场经济条件下的法律要以权利的确认、维护和实现为己任 ;公平与效率作为一种价值目标 ,是市场经济的必要前提与必然结果。
Value of law in new economy policy of Lenin has enlightened us in many aspects such as developing market economy, perfecting democratic politics and building up our nation ruled by law. Right is a very important part of the law and also a basic measurement. On the other hand, law should protect right. Just and efficiency is an essential prerequisite and an inevitable out-come.
