摘要
WTO的法律体系几乎包容了所有国际贸易以及与国际贸易相关的活动 ,尤其是为各成员国政府的行政行为提供了规范、透明的法律准则。WTO法律框架中对政府行为司法审查的制度安排无疑会对我国行政法制的建设产生深刻的影响。
WTO laws nearly involve all international trades and activities related to international trades, and also provide administrative activity of all members with standard regulations. Therefore, judicial examination of administrative activity in WTO law framework will undoubtedly have a profound effect on our administrative legal system building.
