摘要
地方政府审批制度改革不应是简单地取消审批制度 ,而是在确定行政审批合理的边界的前提下 ,不断进行制度创新 ,落实各项配套改革措施 ,建立科学、合理、高效、廉洁、公正、透明的地方政府审批制度。
The reformation of local government examination and approval system does not always mean a simple elimination of the original system. It means, however, with a prerequisite for reasonable edge of administrative examination and approval, to go on reforming the system and implementing respective attached reforming measures, and to set up a scientific, reasonable, efficient, honest, just and transparent system for local government examination and approval.
