Old people can not only receive the service and benefit from the volunteer's activity,but also can be the patticipants and contributors.This acticle analyzed the present conditions and the desire of the urban old people who participate the activity of volunteer in Xiamen,and provided some basical information and thinking of the effective method and mechanism which is in order to develop the activities of aged volunteer.
