介绍了大亚湾和秦山一期核电站蒸汽发生器清洗前、后的目视检查。人工操作的光纤探头具有一定检查能力,能检查管板区域的管间、中间管廊和环形区域。上部管束区的目视检查有二种技术,一种是支撑板检查装置(SID)通过手孔进行安装,用垂直输送系统经流水槽进入管廊区,它的检查仅限于热侧和冷侧的邻近一、二、三排管束。另一种检查技术为上部管束检查装置(UBIB),安装和使用与SID类似,但它是用安装在可伸缩装置上的高分辨率CCD摄像头,与支撑板上下表面保持一定距离,在管子各列之间移动。
It describes the visual inspection generator of steam con in Daya Bay and Qinshan INPPbefore cleaning and after cleaning. Manually operated fiber optic probes offer certain inspectioncapability for looking at the intertube,central tubelane and annulus region.There are two techniquesavailable to perform a visual inspection of the upper bundle region.A Support Plate InspectionDevice(SID) is installed through the hand-hole and uses a vertical delivery system to access thetubelane region through the flow slot openings.Penetration into the tube bandle is limited to thefirst, second or third rows of the handle at both the hot and cold leg sides of the steam generator.In-bundle access can be obtained using the Upper Bundle In Bundel (UBIB) inspection system.UBIBis mounted and deployed in a similar manner to SID.However,with UBIB the inspection is performedusing a camera mounted on a telescopic wand that traverses between the tube columns whichmaintaining a constant elevation above or below the tube support plate.
