本文从理论、实践、历史、外国四个方面论述了建构我国社会主义政治文明的主要思想、制度资源,认为我国社会主义政治文明建设必须以马克思主义为理论指导,坚持社会主义政治制度的自我完善,充分汲取我国历史与外国资本主义政治文明的有益成果,这对深入领会党的十六大精神,推进社会主义政治文明建设具有重要的现实理论意义。

The article has a discussion on the main thoughts and system resources for constructing Chinese Socialist Political Civilization from four respects, that is, theory, practice, history, foreign countries.
