摘要
法律基础课属于一门"两课"课程,兼容法学教学的特点,又受多种因素制约,教学质量不很理想。教学过程中,教师要明确法律知识具有阶级性、社会性、正义性、实用性、规范性、概括性和科学性的特点,探索和掌握一些该门课程教学的基本原则,就有利于解决制约课程教学质量的因素,保证专业人才的法律素养。
Legal basic course belongs to course of a ' lesson two ', the characteristic of compatible law science teaching, limited by many kinds of factors again, teaching quality is not very ideal. In the teaching course, the teacher wants to define the legal knowledge have class nature , social , just , practicability , regulatory , generality and scientific characteristic, explore and master the basic principle of some this course teaching, help to solve the factor which restricts the teaching quality of course, guarantee qualified personnel in a specific field's legal accomplishment
