WACDL:XML-based Web Application Component Description Language

Web应用是一种复杂的软件系统,现有的开发工具大多只注重软件的实现,而很少考虑到软件的维护、更新。程序员经常面临着一个困扰,那就是当维护、更新一个Web应用时得到的往往只是原有系统的实现代码,很难理解原有系统的体系结构。从Web工程的角度出发,分析了Web应用开发中存在的问题,提出了一种基于XML和面向对象技术的Web应用构件描述定义语言———WACDL(WebApplicationComponentDescriptionLanguage),简单介绍了其实现的基本思想,并给出了一个实例。

Web Application is a kind of complex software systems.Current development tools focus primarily on implementation, while little consideration of the maintenance and evolution of software.During the process of development,developers are often faced with a puzzle,that is,when maintaining and evolving a Web application, they can often only get the implementation code,it's hard for them to gain a better understanding of the application architecture.In this paper,the problem which exists in the Web Application developing process is analyzed from the point of Web engineering,and a XMLbased and objectorientation technologybased Web Application Component Description Language (WACDL)is put forward.The essential idea of WACDL is introduced in brief,and an example is presented.
