The standardization of relational query languages provided a foundation on which relational systems were evolved.Hence,having a good query language for data mining may help standardize the development of platforms for data mining systems.Designing a comprehensive data mining language is challenging because data mining covers a wide spectrum of tasks and each task has different requirements.Some research works about next generation data mining languages and standardization are introduced.By enabling standardized data mining tools,business users can benefit through lower cost,innovation and easy of use.Data mining will become a more significant part of corporate decision support system.
