摘要
通过RuCl3在Pt/C上浸渍,用Na2S2O4还原后,在N2气氛下从300~900℃各种温度范围内烧结,得到了PtRu/C催化剂的样品.该样品经XRD分析表明,在400℃温度下烧结,可以制备合金化程度较高的PtRu/C催化剂.既可减小合金与C载体之间的相互作用,又可抑制Ru晶体的单独生长.
Carbon supported PtRu alloys were prepared by impregnation of RuCl_3 precursors on a porous carbon supported Pt, followed by reduction of metal with Na_2S_2O_4. After reduction, the samples were thermal treated in N_2 up to 900 ℃. The samples were characterized by XRD measurement. The result indicated that higher ratio of PtRu alloys could be formed at 400 ℃, since the alloy-carbon interaction was decreased and the growth of Ru crystal was inhibited at that temperature.
