摘要
假设垃圾加热到核心温度为760℃时认为其挥发份全部析出,把固体垃圾看成平板、球形、柱形三种基本形状。建立三种形状垃圾的非稳态导热计算的数学模型和仿真模型,并在模型上进行仿真实验。通过研究垃圾焚烧过程中挥发份生成和燃烧的基本规律,得到垃圾尺寸和烟气流速对挥发份析出的影响,提出改善垃圾焚烧的措施。
Based on the assumption that devolatilization is complete when the heated temperature of the waste is up to 760℃, the waste is looked upon as three basic shapes, such as plate, cylinder and sphere. Three kinds of mathematic and simulation models are built for different shapes. Through the experiment in the simulation model and researching the basic rule of the decomposition of the volatile, we obtained the influence of gase velocity and waste size, and some methods of control are described.
