摘要
为开发某步进链轮设备,在现有实验条件下进行了数据实测,发现系统误差不符合要求。为了达到开发出的产品既符合总体要求又不会增加大量成本的目的,对设备机构原理进行了分析,创建了开环控制和闭环控制两大类模型。并运用数学仿真软件(MATRIXx中的Systembuild和Xmath模块)围绕缩小系统误差进行了多个不同环节的仿真。根据实验和各个方案的仿真结果为进一步的设备选型和开发方向提供了充分的依据。
In order to develop the step chain wheel, the data are tested under current experimental conditions and it is found that the system error margin fails to meet the requirement. Therefore analysis is made for the mechanism of the equipment and two models - open-loop control and closed-loop control-are created so that the product developed will be able to come up to the standard and will not increase the cost too much. What is more, mathematical simulated software ( Systembuilt and Xmath in MATRIXx ) is used to make simulations about how to lessen the system error margin. The experiments and simulated results of different plans have provided adequate basis for further selection of equipment models and for the further development.
