摘要 主蒸汽温度是电厂机组运行过程当中需要监视及控制的重要参数之一。该文应用MATLAB作为可视化建模工具,把理论研究和工程上的实现有机结合在一起。针对控制对象的大迟延,分别采用串级和史密斯预估控制方案。在对比不同的控制策略的基础上,提出了新的控制方案。考虑增加副环使干扰能在影响主参数之前得以克服,在纯迟延现象严重的惰性区局部使用预估器预先估计出过程在基本扰动下的动态特性,使调节器提前动作,从而明显地减少超调量,二者结合起来应用,使电厂的主汽温控制达到了良好的效果。 The main steam temperature is one of the most important monitored parameters during the operation. This paper uses MATLAB as a visual modeling tool to combine the theoretical study with the realization in engineering. Considering the dominate time delay of the object, cascade and Smith predictor methods are used in system control. Then a satisfactory solution is given based on the comparison between different control tactics. A minor loop is added to overcome the interference before influencing the main parameter, and in the inertial area where the time delay phenomena is serious Smith predictor is used partly to predict the dynamic characters of the process under basic disturbance, so the adjustor takes action in advance to limit the overshoot dramatically. The application of the two methods has good result in the main temperature control.
