The leak-inside in the program-controlled valve of the PSA system can lead to the unreliability of the product, and can make the sorbent reduce its activity evenly or make the system explode.It is a high-tech work to judge the leak-inside in the valve.The thesis introduces the experience in practice on the analysis of leaked valve.
