物流人才“钱”途无量?

Are logistic talents all bright future?

2003年,中国物流市场规模达到2400亿元,据业内人士预测,今后中国物流产业将会以每年30%的速度迅速增长。与此同时,物流人才被列为我国12类紧缺人才之一,需求缺口达600万人,其中仅上海便急需50万专业物流人才。有专家认为,在未来7～10年内,中国将处于物流人才需求的高峰期。物以稀为贵,人亦如是。在当前国内高层物流人才市场中,国有物流公司的年薪开价在20万元以上,民营物流企业开价在30万元以上,外资物流公司的开价达40万元以上。中国物流人才看似“钱”途无量。

In 2003, the Chinese logistic market scale reached 240 billion yuan (RMB). Sources from the industry forecast that China ’s logistics industry will grow by 30% each per year. Meanwhile, logistic talents have been listed as one of the 12 categories of most wanted people in China, and the demand gap is about 6 million persons throughout the country with only Shanghai demanding 500 thousand logistic talents. Some experts consider that China will reach its peak demanding time for logistic talents in 7-10 years.
