摘要
在理性主义哲学思潮的影响下,“经济人”和“工作组织”的假设、“效率”和“科学”的管理制度与行为规范、以工作为中心和独断型的管理方式分别成为大学管理文化的本质层、规范层和现象层的映射和反映。大学自治、学术自由、教授治校、民主管理、以人为中心的民主、“无为而治”的大学管理方式则是人本主义的大学管理理念、制度和现象。21世纪的大学管理文化应是以东方人本主义的和谐观念和集体价值观为主流,以“观念人”假设和“生活组织”假设为理论支点,借鉴西方理性主义和人本主义管理文化的合理成分的创新型管理文化。
Under the influence of rationalist philosophical trend, the hypotheses of 'economic person' and 'working organization', the 'efficient' and 'scientific' management system and behavioral norms, and the 'work-centered' and 'arbitrary' ways of management have respectively reflected the nature, norms and phenomena of university management culture. Such forms of university management as university autonomy, academic freedom, professors' governance of university, democratic management, people-centered democracy and 'governance by non-interference' are the humanist concept, system and phenomena of university management. In the 21st century, the innovative university management culture must have the concept of oriental humanist harmony and collective values as the mainstream and have the hypotheses of 'concept person' and 'life organization' as theoretical support for carrying forward the rational factors in the Western rationalism and humanism.
