Application of Bacterial Endotoxin Test to Ambroxol Hydrochloride Glucose Injection

目的 建立盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液细菌内毒素检查法。方法 采用《中国药典》(2 0 0 0年版 )附录细菌内毒素检查法。结果 盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液用鲎试剂检测细菌内毒素无干扰因素的影响。结论 盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液可应用鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素检查。

Aim To establish a method for determination of bacterial endotoxin in Ambroxol Hydrochloride Glucose Injection.Methods According to the Bacterial Endotoxin Test eliminating interfere factors approved by Chinese pharmacopoeia 2000 edition.Results Endotoxin added to Ambroxol Hydrochloride Glucose Injection was recovered in a quantitative manner showing neither inhibition nor enhancement.Conclusion The results suggested that Bacterial Endotoxin Test is suitable for the detection of endotoxin in Ambroxol Hydrochloride Glucose Injection.
