脑钠肽与心血管疾病
摘要
脑钠肽(Brain/B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)是由Sudoh于1988年首先在猪脑中发现的一种心脏血管神经激素,后来发现人和动物的心脏中也存在着脑钠肽,而且主要由心室肌细胞合成,可以分泌进入血液循环,BNP半衰期较短为20分钟,适合做快速床旁检测,它与心血管疾病的关系正越来越受到重视.
