摘要
用多步固相反应法结合熔融法合成了单相的两种原子复合填充的p型方钴矿化合物BamCenFeCo3Sb1 2 .并探索了两种原子复合填充对其热电性能的影响规律 ,研究结果表明在相同填充分数时BamCenFeCo3Sb1 2 化合物的电导率介于单原子BamFeCo3Sb1 2 和CenFeCo3Sb1 2 填充的化合物之间 ,随Ba,Ce填充分数的增加 ,电导率下降 ;当填充分数相同时 。
The single_phase double_atom_filled p_type Ba m Ce n FeCo 3Sb 12 compounds were synthesized using the solid_state reaction method and also the melt reaction method. Thermoelectric properties of the p_type Ba m Ce n FeCo 3Sb 12 compound were investigated, and the results indicated that the electrical conductivity of the p_type Ba m Ce n FeCo 3Sb 12 is intervenient between the electrical conductivities of single_atom_filled compounds Ba m FeCo 3Sb 12 and Ce n FeCo 3Sb 12 .It decreased with increasing Ba and Ce filling fraction. With the same filling fraction, the lattice thermal conductivity of Ba m Ce n FeCo 3Sb 12 is found to be smaller than that of Ba m FeCo 3Sb 12 and Ce n FeCo 3Sb 12 .
