摘要
采用马来酰亚胺、酚类化合物与甲氧基次甲基二苯醚反应,将不饱和键引入二苯醚树脂中,再加入苯乙烯、引发剂、阻聚剂、改性剂等组分,制得了亚胺改性二苯醚无溶剂浸渍漆。试验表明:该无溶剂浸渍漆具有优良的机电性能和贮存稳定性,通过调整耐热组分的用量,可以制得耐热等级分别为H级、C级的无溶剂浸渍漆。
By reaction of maleic imide and phenol compound with methoxymethylene diphenyl ether,unsaturated bond was introduced into the macromolecular of diphenyl ether resin.The resin was blent with styrene,initiator,inhibitor and modifier compounds,a diphenylether_imide solventless impregnating varnish was gotten.The test results show that the varnish has excellent mechanical and insulating properties and long potlife.By changing the quantity of the heat-reˉsistant structure of the resin,class H and class C solventless impregnating varnishes can be made.
