解耦双并联主操作手的优化尺度综合

摘要 优化过程综合考虑了主操作手(简称主手)的运动范围、平均力学性能及最差力学性能,将运动空间体积、全局灵巧度以及灵巧度最小值3个因素的加权和作为机构性能评价指标。根据工作空间内点的使用频率不同,提出了基于空间使用频度的灵巧度定义方法,使优化结果更有实际意义。优化前后的主手力传递性能的对比分析验证了方法的有效性。
