摘要
采用正交试验对耐磨性化学复合镀 Ni- P/ Si C中具有代表性的五因素进行了优化 ,得出的最佳方案为 :温度89℃ ,p H值 5 .1,Si C添加量 6 g/ l,稳定剂浓度 1.0 m g/ L ,硫酸镍浓度 32 g/ L .分析了各因素对耐磨性能的影响并进行了验证 .同时提出 ,将化学复合镀与金属喷涂制模技术结合起来 ,可以提高复合材料模具的耐磨性及使用寿命 .
Five representative factors are optimized in wear resistance Ni-P/SiC composite electroless plating through orthogonal test. The optimum combination of the five factors is as follows ,temperature 89 ℃, pH value 5.1, SiC 6 g/L,stabilizer 1.0 mg/L and NiSO 4·6H 2O 32 g/L. The effects of each factor on wear resistance are analyzed and tested. At the same time, the method that combines composite electroless plating with metal spraying mold making to increase the wear resistance and operating life of composite mold is also proposed.
