谷氨酸受体激动剂和拮抗剂对心理应激性大鼠行为的影响

摘要 本实验应用心理应激模型,观察了经侧脑室微量注射谷氨酸受体激动剂和拮抗剂对心理应激性大鼠行为的影响。结果表明,NMDA在规则光和不规则光组明显增加大鼠的水平活动,CPP和L—AP_4在不规则光组明显减少大鼠的水平和直立活动。提示心理应激引起大鼠的行为变化与谷氨酸受体有关,心理性应激可引起焦虑,CPP和L—AP_4可能有抗焦虑作用。 Experiments were performed in order to study the effects of glutamate receptor agonists and antagonists on behavior in psychological stress rats. The results showed that NMDA(5μg icv) increased the crossing behavior compared with control group(C) in regular light group (R) and irregular light group(I) (64±8Vsl76±61;90±15Vsl27± 52,respectively). CPP and LAP4 (5μg icv respectively)dccrcascd behavior in I compared with C(Crossing:90±15Vs73 ± 16;31± 9 ;Rearing: 26±3Vs21±4, respectively).In control groups, crossing and rearing increased (group I compared with R, 90±15 V, 64 ±8; 26± 3 V, 21 ± 4, respectively). The results suggested that glutamate receptors were related to the changes of behavior induced by psychological stress. The psychological stress may cause anxiety, and CPP and L-AP4 have antianxiety effects.
