几种细胞增殖活性研究方法的评估

Evaluation of Several Study Methods in Cellular Proliferative Activity

为确立一种更能准确反映细胞增殖活性的方法,分别用免疫组化LSAB法和胶银染色法,对50例食管癌进行了PCNA和C-myc表达的半定量分析和AgNORs计数。结果PCNA标记百分率在不同程度分化的食管癌中差异显著(P<0.05),而C-myc和AgNORs计数在各级之间结果重叠。PCNA标记百分率是一个更能准确反映细胞增殖活性的良好指标。在肿瘤诊断中具有较高实用价值。

In order to establish a method to determine the cell proliferative activity more accurately, 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) were analyzed by LSAB immunohisto-chemistry and argyrophilic nucleolar organizer regions (AgNORs) protein. There was significant difference of the expression of PCNA among the groups of ESCC with various degree of differentiation (P&lt;0.05). The difference of the expression of c-myc oncoprotein or AgNORs-counting among them was not significant (P&gt;0.05).As a result of the experiment PCNA is a better index in diagnosis of tumors, for it can reflect cellular proliferative activity more accurately.
