摘要
推导出靠弹簧压紧的滑动体牵引力与摩擦曲面形状关系公式。只有当ndydx<1时可牵引它沿摩擦而滑动。同时也可以由测得的牵引力曲线和摩擦面形状反演推出弹簧的刚度系数和摩擦副的摩擦系数。利用汽车门二限位器的牵引力试验曲线,又将摩擦面形状用反正切函数近似得到了弹簧的刚度系数和摩擦系数,反过来又得到了另一段小坡滑动面上的牵引力曲线。理论计算与试验结果吻合。
A formular has been deduced from the drawing force to move a spring-pr essed object along the friction surface. The object can be slided only when n<1. Meanwhile, the stiffness coefficient and friction coefficient can be obtained f rom measured curve of the drawing force and shape of friction surface. From the experimental curves of the drawing force for door-opening two-restrain position device, stiffness coefficient and friction coefficient of the spring are approxi mately gained by means of the shape of friction face respresented with an arctan gent function. On the contrary, the drawing force curve for another slide surfac e with a lower steepness can be obtained by means of these two coefficients. The results of theoretical calculations are in accordance with the experiments'.
