以柔顺机构作位移放大器的拓扑优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对微定位技术中压电驱动器的形变放大问题 ,利用有限元方法和连续体的拓扑优化方法 ,以位移放大比为优化目标设计出一种无铰接的柔顺位移放大器 .通过把优化目标由位移之比形式转化为能量之比形式建立了优化的数学模型 ,并运用准则法作迭代求解 .而且 ,通过过滤算法避免了棋盘格现象 . For the piezoelectric actuator used in micro-positioning system,a design of compliant mechanical amplifier without hinge by using topology optimization is brought forward in this paper.The objective function is set up by changing the ratio of output displacement to input displacement into the ratio of mutual potential energy to strain energy.And it is solved with the optimality criteria method.Furthermore,a filter is used to avoid the checkerboard problem.
