摘要 给出在获得竞争优势、实现战略目标、获得经济效益等目标下 ,信息系统应用项目实施效果的评价指标体系 ,并简述在这些指标体系下的评价方法。 A set of indexes are presented for assesing performance of information system applications.The evaluation is based on competitive priority,strategic objectives and economic benefits.The melhotogy is described.
