摘要
电子商务的产生引起企业管理理论的变革。电子商务改变了传统交易方式、经济业务模型,个性化服务凸现品牌魅力。企业要在电子商务的新环境中谋求生存和发展,建立新的竞争优势,必须注意加强同其他企业的沟通,进行企业群体的结构重组,其中最主要的形式是企业间的战略联盟和并购。
The emergence of EC gives rise to the enterprise management theory's transformation. EC has changed the traditional trading pattern ,economic business model,personalized service embodies brand names glamour .If enterprise wants to seek subsist and development ,establish new competitive advantage ,it must enhance carefully the communication with other enterprises ,proceeding the enterprise colony's structure arrangement ,of which the most chief form is strategy union and commodity among enterprises.
