大中型型钢轧机用辊材质选择

ROLL MATERIAL SELECTION FOR HEAVY AND MEDIUM SECTION MILL

由于中国型钢轧机轧辊选材较落后,普通低合金材质轧辊已不能满足高效钢材的需要。针对大中型型钢断面较复杂及轧机各机架轧辊应具备的主要性能不同,指出了粗轧机组、中轧机架、精轧机架轧辊在材质的选择上应考虑的因素,提出了各机架轧辊应选用的材质及硬度控制范围。

At present the normal low-alloy roll can' t meet the demands of rolling of high-effect steels because of backward roll material selection for section mill. The factors being taken account to in roll material selection for blooming, medium and finishing rolling stands are pointed out, based on the complicated section of heavy and medium section steels and according to the difference in main performance of the rolls of various stands. The different materials to be used and hardness control range for rolls of various stands are presented.
