ANALYSIS OF HEAT TRANSFER IN FINISH ROLLING OF HOT-ROLLING STRIP STEEL

摘要 通过对热轧带钢精轧过程中传热关系的分析,利用有限差分法建立了带钢精轧过程二维温度场的数值计算模型。结合唐钢热轧生产线的实际条件,对精轧过程中影响该模型温度场的轧制参数进行了深入的研究,从而优化了模型的建立,提高了数值模型模拟结果的可靠性。 Through analysis of heat-transfer process in finish rolling of hot - rolling strip steel, the numerical calculating model of two-dimension temperature field for strip finish rolling is erected with finite difference method. Based on the actual condition of hot- rolling production line of Tang Steel, the rolling parameters to affect the model in rolling process are further studied and with that the erection of model optimized and the stimulate result of numerical model getting more reliable.
