热硬耐磨钢的研究及在热油泵上的应用

摘要 对热油泵的工况条件及热油泵在使用过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上确定了热硬耐磨钢(代号ARY)化学成分的设计原则。介绍了ARY合金材料的试验方法、热处理工艺和机械性能。从动力学和金相学的角度,说明了ARY合金材料能够适应热油输送工况条件的原因。通过实验室模拟实验和设备的现场使用情况,验证了热硬耐磨钢设计思路的合理性。 The work condition and the problems occurred in operation of hot oil pump are analyzed and based on that the design principle of chemical component of heat- resisting abrasion-resisting steel (ARY as its grade) is determined. The test method, heat treatment process and mechanical properties of ARY alloy material are in traduced. From the angle of dynamics and metallography it is illustrated why ARY alloy is able to fit working condition of hot oil transfer. By stimulated test in the laboratory and through operation of equipment in the site the design thinking for that steel is proved reasonable.
