摘要
分析了影响连铸机辊列对弧精度的主要原因是扇形段刚性劣化、扇形段在线安装与维护不良、扇 形段离线对中及对弧样板精度有偏差等,并采取了有效措施以保证对弧精度。
It is analyzed that the main element to affect the arcalignment precision of roll column of caster is the rigidity of fan - shaped section getting worse, bad on - line install and maintenance of the section, off- line centering of the section and precision tolerance of arc alignment template and so on. Some measures are adopted.
