摘要
本文介绍了2020年农业环境保护战略目标研究的程序和方法。列出了具体研究步骤和程序框图,给出了所需使用的预测、决策、费用—效益分析方法,并对几个主要数学方法作了应用介绍。
In this paper, the procedure and methods of the research on the strategic objective of agro-environmental protection in the year of 2020 are introduced, and specific research steps and procedure outline map are given and the methods needed about forecast, decision and the cost-benefit analysis are also introduced, meanwhile some main mathmatic methods are introduced for application.
