摘要
实验心理语言学的一项重要课题是研究语篇理解过程中人们的心理机制与所采用的策略 ,包括语法策略 ,语义策略及语用策略。本文就此进行了探索性研究 ,对汉语为本族语 (L 1)者和汉语为第二语言 (L 2 )者在理解汉语简单句过程中所采取的策略进行了对比分析 ,结果发现 :L 1为英语 ,L 2为汉语者在理解汉语句子时多依赖于语序 ,即语句结构 ,而 L 1为汉语者却多采取语序与语义相结合的方法。其原因之一是由于操不同语言者的语言结构图式不同 ,在理解过程中所激活的语序结构图式也不同。当其所接收到的信息中有非标准语序时则求助于本族语语序 ,因而出现了理解上的差异。
This paper made an exploratory study of the word order and semantic strategies adopted by both native Chinese speakers and non native Chinese speakers in comprehending Mandarin at sentence level.The aim of the study is to investigate the role of word order and lexical meaning and examine how these two factors interrelate in the process of comprehension.The study revealed that the speakers of Chinese as a second language tend to transfer their knowledge of structural sequence in their native language to the comprehension of Mandarin sentences,and rely more on the word order strategies than native Chinese speakers who rely more on the semantic strategies.
