摘要
“落英”一词最早出现在《楚辞·离骚》中。千百年来，学者们对其意义训释聚讼纷坛。本文中我们提出一个新的观点：“落”训“下垂”，“落英”即“下垂的花儿”。
Luoying' (落英) first came out in a very famous literature-Lisao(离骚), but there have been so many explanations to its meaning for more than one thousand years that it is very difficult to decide which one is right. We have a new opinion: 'Luoying' (落英) means weeping flower, which may be borne out by the contextual, dialectal, hitorical and cultural evidence.
