Some views on reforms in the past ten years in Russia

本文就自己的亲身观察 ,从俄罗斯社会、经济、政治、文化等角度 ,论述了俄罗斯在十年改革中所发生的主要变化。从总体上讲 ,俄罗斯的改革是不成功的 ,有许多值得吸取的教训 ,但是 ,俄罗斯的改革也不是一无是处 ,它也有值得我们借鉴的经验。

I did some research work in Russia as a scholar in the past ten years and this paper is based on my experiences in that country Great changes have taken place in Russia, in its society, economy, politics and culture, etc General speaking, reforms in Russia are not successful and there are many lessons we can learn However, we can not say that reforms in that country are totally failure, there are some positive experiences we should learn
