摘要
本文从砂轮表面形态和工件表面形态两方面探讨了砂轮速度对工件表面形成机理的影响,提出了砂轮表面静态和动态形貌的概念,我们认为修整只是影响砂轮表面的静态形貌,而磨削速度则主要影响砂轮表面的动态形貌。高速条件下工件更易形成光洁表面,主要是由于砂轮表面磨刃的动态等高性和切削性好的缘故。
This paper discusses the effect of wheel speeds on theforming mechanism of workpiece surfaces from such two aspects as thesurface state of grinding wheel and that of workpiece, and proposestwo concepts--static topography and dynamic topography of the wheelsurface. We are certain that dressing is merely to affect the statictopography of wheel, while grinding speed is a main factor to affectthe dynamic topography. With high wheel speed, it is much easier toobtain high finish surface. That is because of the good cuttingproperties and good dynamic equal-high properties of grain edges onwheel surface.
