摘要
文章论述了“入世”对西部吸引外资的要求 ,提出了“入世”后西部吸引外资政策应调整的方向 。
In order to introduce foreign capital into western areas in China,the qualification and the adjustment of policy should be adequately analysed;the suitable policy should be effectively carried out,before or after entry into WTO.
