本文在世界经济文化发展趋势和中国三角形经济文化格局两大历史背景中 ,探讨文化建设在中华现代文明重建中的历史作用和重要地位 ;并提出“三角形复合式经济文化开发战略模式” ,以使西部大开发能经济文化协调发展 ,促成中国西部真正意义上的复兴。

Founded on the historic background of the global tendency of the economic and cultural development and the triangular structure of the chinese economy and culture,this paper discusses the historic function and important place of the cultural construction to create the chinese civilization,and puts forward the triangular compound pattern of the economic and cultural developing strategy so as to make the economy and the culture coordinately develope in the grogress of the western development and to prompt the prosperity in this areas.
