Fictitious Capital and Foam Economy,the important economic phenomenon,appearing in the world development of today,have far_reaching influence on economic development.However,excessive inflation of Fictitious Capital leads to run wild of Foam Economy,which jeopardizes normal economic motion seriously.Noticing the effect that Foam Economy acted on finance crisis of southeast Asia,we must adopt a serious effective measure to guard against its appearanec,which helps us develop stable and healthy economy.
