摘要
目的 :探讨血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)在儿童风湿热 (ARF)发病中的作用及其临床意义。方法 :应用单克隆抗体ELISA法检测活动组 (n =2 6)、静止组 (n =2 3 )和对照组 (n =2 0 )血清sIL 2R浓度以及活动组血沉 (ESR)、C反应蛋白 (CRP)浓度 ,治疗后活动组sIL 2R浓度。结果 :活动组血清sIL 2R水平明显升高 ,与静止组及对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,静止组与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。活动组治疗后较治疗前sIL 2R降低 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。sIL 2R阳性率明显高于ESR和CRP。结论 :sIL 2R参与ARF的发病过程 ,且其敏感性较高 ,有望成为监测风湿活动和观察药物疗效的指标。
Objective:To explore the effect of serum soluble receptors for interleukin 2(sIL 2R) in the pathogenesis of acute rheumatic fever(ARF) in pediatrics and clinical value .Methods:Concentration of serum sIL 2R was measured in the control group(n=20), the rheumatic rest group(n=23) and the rheumatic activity group(n=26) with single clone antibody ELISA. Concentration of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C reactive protein(CRP) were measured in rheumatic activity group,and concentration of serum sIL 2R was measured after treatment.Results:Concentrations of serum sIL 2R were obviously elevated in the activity group. There were significantly statistical differences between the activity group and the rest group 、the control group(P<0.01). Concentration of serum sIL 2R in the rest group was obviously higher than in the control group(P<0.05). Concentration of serum sIL 2R was significantly reduced before and after treatment in the activity group(P<0.01). Positive correlation of sIL 2R was obviously higher than of ESR and CRP.Conclusion:sIL 2R is involved in the pathogenesis in ARF. The sensitivity of sIL 2R was superior to that of ESR and CRP.It can be the target for observing the rheumatism activity and the effectiveness of remedy.
