摘要
本文应用扫描电镜、电子探针、俄歇能谱和X射线光电子谱仪对耐热不锈钢切断时砂轮磨损机理进行了研究。重点探讨了砂轮堵塞的性质,磨粒—磨屑界面效应,工件极薄层内各元素变化规律以及对砂轮磨损的影响。在此基础上,应用自行研制的青刚玉切割砂轮,取得了良好效果。文内对这种新型砂轮的组织和高效切断机理进行了介绍。
In this paper is approached, by means of SEM, EP-MA, AES and ESCA, the wearing mechanism of grinding wheel in cut-ting heat resisting stainless steel. The interface effect between abrasi-ve grain and grinding chip, characteristics of wheel load, variationrule of elements in thin layer of workpiece and their effects on wear ofgrinding wheel are emphatically discussed. On this basis, much bettergrinding effect was achieved using dark blue corundum grinding wheeldeveloped by the author. The texture of this kind of wheel and itsefficient cutting off grinding mechanism are explained in detail.
