摘要
本文阐述了菱苦土磨具的特点和制造工艺,对其原材料选择、结合剂配比以及其它添加剂在石材磨削中的影响进行了研究。经在引进意大利花岗石连续磨机上配套使用证明,作者研制的菱苦土磨具和抛光粉加工的板面光泽度达到国外同类产品的加工水平。
In this paper is described the characteristics ofoxychloride abrasives and method for manufacturing the same. Studiesare made on the affect of raw materials selection, bond proportion andother ingredients during stone-working. After have been used withinthe granite-working sequential grinder improted from Italy, it is pro-ved that, the oxychloride abrasives and powders developed by the au-thors have atteined the same level as the similar foreign products do.
