摘要
用于电力系统的远程图像监控系统的建设发展很快,但是由于缺乏统一的标准,设备间常不能互连,设备不能互换。为保证电力远程图像监控系统设备间的兼容性,广东省广电集团有限公司制定了企业标准《广电集团电力远程图像监控系统技术标准(试行本)》,对电力远程图像监控系统的功能、性能、图像编解码方式、通信控制协议等作了具体规定。介绍了根据该标准开发的专用测试分析系统的基本原理、软件结构、自动化测试机理和测试流程设计。测试分析系统实现了对广东省广电集团有限公司所属的远程图像监控系统进行完整的自动测试分析,为逐步实现图像监控系统建设的标准化和规范化打下了基础。
The remote image supervisory control system for power grids is developing rapidly; due to the lack of a unified governing standard,however,the equipments from different manufacturers are poorly compatible.Consequently,Guangdong Guang^Dian Power Grid Group Co.,Ltd.(GPG)drafted a corporate pilot standard on the remote image supervisory control system for power grids, stipulating the functions, performance, image encoding and decoding method and communication control protocol,etc. This paper describes the basic principles, software structure, automated test mechanism and flow design of the corresponding test and analysis system developed according to the standard. The test and analysis system realizes complete and automatic test and analysis on the remote image supervisory control system under GPG, thus laying a firm foundation for gradually standardizing the construction of the image supervisory control system.
