摘要
本文对黑龙江省哈尔滨市和山东省烟台市建立的中俄科技合作园区进行了比较研究，探讨了两市科技园区存在的差距及问题，提出了进一步加强中俄合作的对策和建议。
The article has done a comparative research on the building-up of a Sino-Russian scientific and technical cooperation park both in Harbin (Heilongjiang province) and Yantai (Shandong province). expounded the differentials and problems in setting up such a park by the two cities and proposed some strategies and suggestions on the further enhancing of the Sino-Russian Cooperation.
