当前远东经济形势的某些特点

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CURRENT ECONOMIC SITUATION IN THE FAR EAST

１９９８年俄罗斯爆发金融危机之后，卢布大幅度贬值。卢布贬值效应使远东经济出现回升。这一回升与全俄经济回升相比既有共性，也表现出自己的特点。远东市场出现了两种趋势：一方面由于居民生活水平下降而造成消费需求下降；另一方面却是工业生产出现增长。其原因是工业产品的生产者在全俄经济回升的鼓舞下对未来经济形势有较好的预期，提高了对开展企业活动和投资活动的信心。但认为投资环境已“转暖”还为时尚早。

Russ ruble depreciated by a big margin in the wake of a financial crisis in Russia in 1998.The devaluation effect brought about a rise in the Far East economy. By comparison. the economic growth both in the Far East and the whole Russia was showing generalities as well as particularities of its own. In the Far East market appeared two kinds of tendencies: on the one hand the consumer demand dropped because the living standard of residents falled. on the other hand the industrial production increased. The reason for the increase is that the producers of industrial products encouraged by the whole Russian economic growth anticipated a better economic situation in the future and therefore. heightened their confidence in the enterprise performance and investment activities. But it is too early to believe that the investment environment has turned warm.
