摘要
针对珠江电厂循环水泵供水不足、泵叶片强度不够等问题,对循环水泵进行了增流节能技术改造。在不改变原水泵配套电机、泵壳和管道等的条件下,将叶片安放角从原设计角度加大+3°,且对叶片型面进行适当的修正;将原组合式叶轮结构改为整体铸造结构,并优化叶轮加工工艺,通过这一系列的改进达到提高叶片强度、增加循环泵流量的目标。试验证明,通过技术改造提高了电厂的经济运行水平和安全可靠性,其经济效益十分显著。
In the view of insufficiency in water supply of circulation water pumps in ZhuJiang power plant, the circulation water pumps were retrofitted with the aim of increasing flow rate and saving energy. Through adjusting the blade incidence from 0 degree to +3 degree, modifying to suit the moulding surface of impeller, and changing combined type impeller to monoblock cast impeller, without changing motor, pump case etc, the target of raising impeller intensity and water supply amount were achieved. Through the retrofit, the economic operation level and safety reliability of the power plant has been improved with significant economic benefit obtained.
